What Can You Return?

Because many of our items are handmade, personalized, or print-on-demand (like our merch), all sales are final for these products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us via our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue.

Include clear photos of the item(s) if damaged or incorrect.

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged/incorrect items), Pepper Moon will cover return shipping costs.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method wi¡thin 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
Printful Fulfilled Orders
Some of our merch is printed and shipped by our trusted partner, Printful. If you have an issue with your Printful order - such as damage, incorrect printing, or missing items - please reach out to us via our contact form. We will help guide you through Printful’s return and refund process.
