At Pepper Moon, we lovingly pack your orders with care—and a touch of magic. Here’s everything you need to know about how your witchy treasures make their way to you:

🕯 Processing Times

Most items are packaged and shipped directly from our home base within 3–5 business days.
Some items—like our branded merch (apparel, mugs, totes, etc.)—are made-to-order and shipped separately via our third-party partner, Printful, which may add a few extra days for production and delivery.

Estimated processing times for Printful items: 5–10 business days before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We currently ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive tracking info for each package once it ships.

If your order contains both in-house and Printful items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

🌙 Delays or Delivery Issues

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery speed is out of our control. If something seems amiss, reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll do our best to help.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout.
