Pepper Moon is currently an online shop for witchy reads, magical tools, and cozy merch. Some items are lovingly packed and shipped by us, while others (like apparel or mugs) are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled in one of two ways:

Shipped by us: Books, crystals, and other magical items.
Shipped by Printful: Custom branded merchandise like apparel, totes, etc. These items are made to order and may ship separately.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, especially in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Processing times and shipping costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.
You are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our shop and the small-batch, handmade, or print-on-demand nature of many items, most purchases are final sale. That said, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll make it right if we can.
