After working in publishing for several years, often remotely and in solitude, Jess realized she was craving something more grounded, more communal, and a lot more magical. She wanted to share the stories she loved in a way that brought people together, not just onto the same bookshelf.
Pepper Moon was born from that longing. What began as an online bookstore has grown into a welcoming community for readers, dreamers, and the magically curious. Through thoughtfully curated books, virtual book clubs, seasonal gatherings, and shared rituals inspired by the rhythms of nature, Pepper Moon is built on the belief that stories have the power to bring people together.
Jess believes the best communities are created one conversation at a time. Whether you're discovering your next favorite novel, joining a book discussion, celebrating a new moon, or simply looking for a place where you feel understood, Pepper Moon was created to feel like coming home.
